As already remarked , each Department is bound by law to support a Normal School for supplying teachers to the Primary Schools
for Boys -within its limits . The Director of a Normal School is appointed bthe Minister of Public Instruction ; his
assistantteachers ( never y more than two ) and the Almoner , who also reside in the establishment , are named by the Hector of the Academy , as
is also the Committee of Five , elected for three years , under whose superintendence the -school is placed . Candidates for admission ,
