Here incipient and chronic lameness is discovered and cured with a facility trwly astonishing , while the efficacy of the remedies , and the quickness of their action , appear to have revolutionised the whole system of firing and blistering . Among the most recent proofs of the cure of spavins by Mr . Major , we may mention Cannobie , the winner of the Metropolitan , and second favourite for theDerby . and who is now as sound as his friends and backers could desire .
