The ^ last half yearly meeting of this Conference was held at Down ton , near Salisbury , on : Easter Wednesday and Thursday , and the ministers who usually attend it were nearly all present , as well as some others not immediately in the connection . Three discourses were delivered on
the occasion ; one on Wednesday evening , and the other two in the afternoon and evening of Thursday ; the first by Mr . Smith , late of Taunton , © n The nature of the kingdom pf God ; the second by Mr . Webley , on Humility ; and the third by Mr . Jones , on ¥ ? je co-operation " tburcbes with thtir minhters .
