The Forty-first Annual Meeting of the Trustees of this Institution was held in the Cross-Street Chapel Rooms , Manchester , on the 15 th of March last , Thomas Robinson , Esq ., in the Chair . At this meeting , after passing votes of thanks to the several officers of the College for their valuable services during
