Fullagar , Secretary to the Southern Unitarian Society * dated Isle #£ Wight , January ^ 6 , z $ q 8 , came too late for insertion , it will , we trust , answer the end jpf—tke writer , if we give the substance of it in this place . —At the last Annual Meeting of the S . U . Society , at JHorsham , it Tvas resolved ( see M . Repos , VoJ . II . & $ 94 v to hold * . next annual meeting at Dichling , Sussex : an opinion , however , had gone abroad , that this appoints&gnt was to be altered : at the quarterly meeting of ihe Committee , therefore , © n the 13 th ult . the original resolution ^ was confirmed . The Committee were ^ the nibre strongly induced to confirm the appointment of the next annual meeting at Dichling , on account o £ the encouraging report of the labours of
Mr . Eeimett , of that place , lateiy made by the Unitarian Fund : they feel a strong desire to countenance Mr . Bennett * and to strengthen his hands . The Secretary expresses , in their name , the most cordial satisfaction with the measures of the Unitarian Fund , and the liveliest hopes of their success .
