" That the Widows of such Ministers of the Scotch Secession Church , resident in England , as at the lime of their death were recognized by the Presbyterian Ministers of their respective neighbourhoods , as belonging to their denomination , be eligible to receive allowances from this Fund , under the same regulatious as the widows of other Protestaut
