A CERTAIN DISEASE CURED WITHIN ONE WEEK . In consequence of Dr . Wilkinson ' s extensive practice he has considered it advisable to remove from Ihmslet , to 60 , lottom of Templar-street , fur the greater convenience of his patients , where he may be consulted as usual . T \ B ~ WILKINSON , Surgeon , No . 60 , Bottom of Templar ' s Street , Leeds , continues , with \) unabated assiduity , to ^ eradicate every species of Infection . In recent cases , a perfect cure is completed within a week , or no charge made for Medicines after the expiration of that period . And in those of the utmost inveteracy , where other Practitioners have failed , a proper perseverance in Us plan of treatment insures to the patient , a safe , well grounded , and lasting re-establishment , consulted with the greatest secrecy and honour , at hii house from nine to one , and from four till nine , and on Sundays till two . He hopes that the successful , easy , and expeditious mode he has adopted , of eradicating every symptom of a Certain Disease , without any material alteration in diet , or hindrance of business , asd yet preserving the constitution in full vigour and free from injury , will establish his claims fer support . As this Disease is one which is likely to be contracted whenever exposure takes place , it is not like many other viators , once in Me , but on the contrary , one infection may scarcely ^ have been removed , when another may unfortunately be imbibed , " therefore the Practitioner requires real judgment in order to treat each particular Case in such a manner as not merely to remove the present attack , but to preserve the constitution unimpaired , in case of a repetition at no distant period . The man of experience can avail himself of the greatest improvements in modern practice , by being able to distinguish between discharges of a peeifie and of a simple or mild nature , which can only be made by one in daily practice , after due consideration of all circumstances . In the same manner at birth , appearances often take place in children , which call for a proper knowledge and acquaintance with the disease , in order to discriminate their realnaturfij and which may be . the means of sowing domestic discord , unless managed by the Surgeon wHfc propriety and skill .. Patient * labouring under this Disease , cannot be too cautions into whose hgnfl they commit themselves . The propriety of this remark is abundantly manifested , by ths same party -frequently passing the ordeal of several Practitioners , before he is fortunate enough to obtain a perfect cure . The following are some » f the many symptoms that distinguish this Disease : — a general debility , eruptions on the head , face , and body ; ulcerated sore throats , scrofula , swellings in the neck , nodes on the shin bones , cancers , fistula , pains in the head and limbs , which are ¦ frequently mistaken for rheumatism , &c &e . Patient ? in the conntry , by stating their cases and enclosing a remittance , may have proper remedie ent to the amount , with directions so simple and plain , that parties of either sex may cure themselves .

Prepared and sold by the sole Proprietor , at No . 16 , PABK . SQUABE , Leeds , where they may be consulted as usual . In Boxes , 2 s . 9 d . and 4 s . 6 d . eachl With each Box is given directioHs how to take these Pills , observations on points beneficial to the patient , being hints worth knowingly those-who are , or have been , sufferers from this dreadful and devastating malady . That crnel disease which has destroyed so many thousands is now unhappily so well known that . a recital o / its effects is quite unnecessary , its malignant influence extending by inheritance from family to family , and when the great DoctorHenry became professor to the University , he conferred an invaluable benefit upon laankind "by the discovery of bis . grand panacea for the cure of this deplorable complaint . The certainty -sritk -which the Pills are continually administered can W attested by many thousands who are annually cured by them . What mediciiie can be more appropriate tian that which has given such general satisfaction ? The French Pills root out every particle of the insidious poison , purifying in their progress the whole mass of fluids . " They not only remove the disease but they renovate by their action the different fur cions of the body—expelling the grosser humour , and in a manner so imperceptible as to ooimnee the most sceptical of their astonishing and unequalled powers . ^ They neither contain mercury Bor any other Huneral , and may be taken without the slightest suspicion of discovery ; they require no restraint of diet , loss of time , or hindrance of business , but effect a complete cure without the least exposure to the patient . At anyperiod when the slightest suspicion may exdstit will be well to have recourse to the French Pills ; for when taken before the disease b . as made its appearance they act as a certain preventive , "removing the complaint effectually and secretly . The deplorable state in which many persons have been when visiting tie Doctor ( from the use of mercury ) renders it imperatively necessary-to caution the public against that dangerous mineral when injudiciously administered . The Doctor , after an extensive practice of Thirty Year 3 , has rendered his counsel an object of fee utmost consequence to all who are labouring under hereditary or deep seated maladies ; to those troubled with seminal -weakness , his advice will be invaluable ; hundreds have owned his skill in these complaints . To the youth of both sexes , -whether lured from health by the promptings of passion , or the delusions of inexperience , his advice is superior ; in his practice he unites a mild gentleness of treatment , and possessing so thorough a knowledge of his art , the most deplorable cases afford no resistance to his skill . His extensive practice has rendered bim the depositary of many distressing secrets vrhich are kept with unblemished ¦ faith and honour' , to persons so afflicted , it s highly necessary to observe that an early application is of the greatest importance , and that with such a practitioner any hesitation in disclosing their disorder , must amount to a delicacy as destructive as it is false and unnecessary . To the neglect of such attention , are attributable many of those hapless instances , which , while they excite the commiseration of the beholder , - should also impress him frith the fear of self-reproach . To all such , then , we address ourselves , offering lope—eneT- ^ y—musc ular strength—felicity ; nor . ought our advances to appear questionable , sanctioned as they are by ihe multiplied proofs of . thirty years' successful experience . Letters ( post paid ) inclosing a remittance , answered by the return of post , and Medicines punctually transmitted to any address , either by -initials , or name . Back entrance , West-Street , One Door from St . Paul ' s Church . With each Box will be git-en practical observations , gratuitously , on the above disease . The Doctor will attend daily at his principal residence , No . 16 , Park Square , from Eight in the morning till Ten at night , and on Sunday-from Nine till Two , where he will administer advice to any one aking these Pills , or any oxher of his Preparations , without a fee .

" I hereby certify I hare prescribed Yoland ' s Specific Solution , in "very many cases of Gonorrhoea , Gleets , Strictures , and "Whites , that hare come under my care , it certainly has a most astonishing effect in removing disease . I hare repeatedly seen aperfect cure performed by it in three days , after many boxes of pills , and many bottles of Copaiba , in various forms , had been taken without the disease diminishing . Before his trial , and once since judginent was pronounced upon Mm , he expressed a wiii to see his wife and ortly child , a boy about thrre years old , and bis desire was complied with by J& : Cope , the Governor of the prison . The interview ,
particularly the last , are described as most affecting the unfortunate man having always lived on gew terms with his wife , and being remarkably : fond of his child . Indeed , the character which he bore in the regiment showed that his conduct was irreproachable up to the time he committed the dfeiuJM act , and one of the printjipal witnesses who appeared against him on > the trial , private M . Kelly , dedarrf that he had always considered him the " quietai man in the regiment , " which testimony was ftUj corroborated by Captain Vandeieur , under whom li had served for aiperiod of eight years . Theref ® one singnlar fact that was not mentioned at the
trial , namely , that the wife of the murdered 02 ") who , of ailperson 8 j might be naturally supposed to entertain a strong feeling against Rickey , actual ^ travelled up from Hampton Cpurt on the day of u « trial , for the express purpose of recommending I ? 2 to mercy ; She was advised , however , nbt to doWy as her recommendation would produce no good effect and possibly might expose her to unpleasant comment . No day has as yet ; been fixed for ft e execution , and we understand that some diffieultj exists upon the subject , which has placed the osnaj authorities connected / with the Central Crimiw
Court in rather an unpleasant situation . PricnM the amendment of the law regarding murder , sectence of death was always passed at the close pip session by the Recorder , upon pr isoners tried W convicted of capital offences before the Judges . $ 1 a recent Act of Parliament , however , the Jnd | e who tries the case is directed to pass sentence npos the convict , but , by a singular qimssionm the M he is not empowered to fix : a day for the | execution-Mr Justice Patk considered , no doubt , thatJf . would not be justified in naminga aay , as the act » ^ lpnt uton that point , and we believe the : Recorder
has declared that he canniat interfere , inasmpch & he knows nothing of the case , and the power " ' passing sentence of death is taken from him . W this dilemma , the sheriffs , we understandj we « applied to ; but they were naturally anxious to . 0 so serious a responsibility from their own shoaldeP j and the result was that it , was determined to appv to the Home Office for directions how to act unw ? circiimstapces so urgent and peculiar . The new laff ) in extending the tiihe between the cpnviction of a murderer and his execution , allows him tp live or « r tTV'p Sundays from the former time ) so that the penpa of life allowed to the wretched man in the present
instance , would legally expire this day week , pj * vided that the recommendation of the jury in " ' favour be of no ayail , and that the law ; will be ie « to take its course ,. of which , indeed , there ^ can ^ little doubt after the observations of the Learn ^ Judge in passing sentence . We have not heard we result of the application to Lord John RussellJJ the subject of fixing a day for the execution ; hrt » is generally believed that the matter will beTefeir * to the legal advisers of the crown .
