COCOA is a nut which , besides farinaceous substance , contains a bland oil . The oil in this nut has one advantage ; which is , that it is less liable than any other oil to rancidity . Possessing these two nutritive substances , Cocoa is become a most valuable article of diet , more particularly if , by mechanical or other means , the farinaceous substance can be so perfectly incorporated with the oily , that the one will prevent the other from separating . 8 uch a union is presented in the Cocoa prepared by JAMES EPPS ; and thus , while the delightful flavour , in part dependent upon the oil , is retained , the whole preparation will agree with the most delicate stomach .
