is not directed , though it is hoped that their animosity may be softened by a return of good offices . Bat to those , who , with the name of Englishmen , inherit that attachment to the principles of free
and equal government , which is its fairest boast , and who , witk the profession of Christianity y have adopted that love of truth and regard to the rights of conscience , which are its noblest distinctions * it is presumed that a summary of
