The discoverer of an almost unfailing Bemedy may therefore safely be said to confer a boon npon his species ; and thi 3 Remedial Boon is proved by extensive experience to have been discovered by the Propr ietor of

NICHOLSONS BREAKEAST POWDER and FAMILY BEVERAGE , prepared from British Grain , is highly nutritious , as well as the cheapest and best substitute for Coffee ever yet offered to the public . Seld at 8 d . per lb ., with a considerable reduction to those who sell again . The Proprietor will give 5 per cent of the profits to the Chartist Executive , and 5 per cent to the Victim Fund . The Friends of Freedom trill therefore do well to a ^ ail themselves of the present opportunity ef crippling the enemy's executive , and strengthening their own ; and by this means effect a considerable saving .

Losdos . Cobs Eexchakgb ,- Moxdat , Jan . 17 . — ISotwitHstanding the arrivals of English Wheat since this dayee ' jinight , as well as for to-day's market , eo&stwifie and by land carriage , the samples h&V 9 been extremelylimited , andthe stands to-day were poorly supplied with samples ; the demand for that article arising chiefly from a rather small attendance of * both town and coantiy buyers was unusually dull , and the quotations suffered an abatement on those noted on Monday last , of from Is . to 2 a . per quarter , and a large guantity remained eTen at the close of the market . We ~ bad a fair average supply of fine Foreign "Wheat on offer , the sale
tor which was bo inanimate that prices were nominally unaltered . Very little ias been imported dnring the week . The best Malting Barley was taken off freely , at full rates of currency , but in -grinding and distilling sorts very little was transacted . Good season-made Malt was in steady inguiry , and other qualities were quite as dear . Owing to theiccreased receiptsof Oats from Ireland , the Oat srade -was slow , yet the rates "were unaltered JBeans and Peas were in short supply , and sluggish inquiry , at late rates . The Flour trade was again dull , and the nominal price of the beet town-made yrss 433 . per 2801 bB .
SxmmEEp Cattub Market , Mokdat , Jan . 16 . — Compared with that exhibited o » this day s-e'nnight , the supply of beasts on sale this morning was bus moderate , yet tt proved fully adequate to meet the demands of the BUteherB , whose attendance was not to sa _ y Enmerous . For the primest qualities , we lad a f fair , but by no means brisk inquiry ; also , in most instances , prices abont equal to those obtained on Monday last , but the middling and inferior descriptions were heavy , at barely last week ' s rates . However , a clearance was affected previously to the conclusion of business . Daring the past week not a single head of stock has been imported from any quarter , and we had . none here to-day ; hence , we are compelled to omit cor usual tabular statement of imports .
Borough Hop Mahket . —Although oar supplies of Hop 3 continne tolerably good for the season , the demand for them rules finn , and the quotations noted on this day Be ' nnigbt are " reaoily supported . East Kent in pocktes , £ 5 103 . to £ 6 12-s . ; Mid . do . £ 5 . 5 s . to £ 6 23 . ; ditto , in bag ? . £ 4 to £ 5 10 s . ; Sussex , £ 4 to £ 5 5 s . ; Famhams . £ 8 83 . to £ 10 103 . ; Old Hops , £ 3 to £ 4 10 s . "Wool Mabsets . —Since our last , the imports of wool into London , have been about 3 , 000 bales and bags , mostly from our Australian colonies . There is a . steady inquiry for tie best . qualities , at full rates of currency , but in other kinds very little i 3 passing .
Tailow Market . —During the past week , there has been a better demand than for some time past , bnt , notwithstanding , the price is rather on the decline ; this arises from a disposition on the part of the holdera generally to leaUse , The price for the autumn of thi 3 year , being abont 46 a to 46 ^ 3 d , offers them no inducement to support the present rates , and to incur heavy charges . The home supply of Tallow is good , and the price , 47 s 6 d to 48 s net cash .
Potato Mxrkeb . —The receipts of Potatoes in the Pool during the past week have bern on a liberal scale . The demand , however , arising from the seasonable change in the weather , has become &m , and late rates are firmly supported : —Scotch reds , 45 s to 503 per ton ; York , ditto , 55 s to 603 ; DevonB , 45 sto 50 s ; Kent and Essex whites , 40 s to 453 J . Wisbe&eh , 35 s to 453 ; Jersey and Gurnsey bines , 353 to 40 a ; Yorkshire Prince Regents , 45 a to 50 s . Ltvxrpool Caulb Maekji , Mondat , Jan . 16 . — "We have had a smaller supply of Cattle at market to-day than of late ; prices much the same . Beef , 5 £ d to 6 d , Mutton , 5 d to 6 d per lb .
Liverpool Cobs Makket , Monday , Jas , 16 . — The supplies of Grain generally have been small ^ taring the past week . On Tuesday we had a good consumptive demand for Wheat from both town and country millers ; the business has since been of limited extent , but tke advance then established , of 3 d pe r bushel , has been firmly maintained . Flour meets better sale : 2000 to 3000 barrels of United States and Canadian hare changed bands at 28 s per barrel . The market is very bare of Oats , and 2 ^ 5 d per 451 bs is readily made of good mealing qualities . Oatmeal also is fully as dear ; good Irish manufacture sold on Friday ia small parcels at 21 s Sd per 2 i 01 bs . Barley , Beans , and Pea ? , continue in limited request , without alteration m prices .
Manchester Cobs Market , Satcrdat , Jan . 14 . — A steady consumptive demand for Flour has been experienced ihronghoHt the week , fully tqnal to the snpply > and , the stocks being light , Fac : ora were enabled to realiz 3 an improvement on the previous week ' s advance , 40 s per sack haying been obtained for choice qualities of English whites . Oatmeal has likewise been in better request , and superior cuts have fqund _ buyers at 23 s per load . The supplies into this district from the interier continue scanty ,
"whilst from Ireland the imports at Liverpool and KoBoora-. co m pr is es 2 S 83 quarters of Wheat , 2737 ^ Barters of Oats , 2658 sacks of Plour , and 9467 loads <* f OatmeaL There "was not much passing at oar market this morning , bnt the advasce noted this day Befaaight on Wheat was firmly supported . On Flora and Oatmeal we likewise raise our quotations 6 d to Is per sack on the former , and 6 d per load on the latter article . In the value of Oats or Beans no t&ange can be noted .
Eochdalb Plasrsl Mabket , Monday , Jas . 16 . —We have had an unusually du . il market to-day Very few bujers have attended ; and tne business transacted has been very limited . The merchants have oSered Ies 3 money for flannels , bat the manufacturers very generally have refused to sell at reduced prices , The wool market has been still worse ; few Bales have been eSseted at xny price .
